Local Santa Barbara chef and Michelin Bib Gourmand winner Ramon Velazquez is expanding his elevated Mexican cuisine to Montecito Country Mart. His new restaurant will be called Alma Fonda Fina, and the menu will feature his award-winning ceviche.
